			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I weighed in at 236. Officially 26 pounds loss, which means i have reduced my weight by 10 percent!</p>
<p>Quite a while ago, I actually gave up trying to lose weight, and started focusing on getting all my reccomended amounts of food groups, not eating processed foods, exercising 4-5 days a week&#8230;and the pounds have still fallen off.  This proves to me, that my body was ready to lose weight. I do like the whole 10% thing, but mostly because I like statistics and numbers&#8230;.not that i&#8217;m so concerned about meeting a goal.</p>

I realize the battery is probably dead&#8230;.but I&#8217;m not impressed with the fact that the battery only lasted 8 weeks. Hrmph.

I would love to know what I&#8217;ve lowered my body fat % down too. Too bad all those calculators on the internet aren&#8217;t even close at estimating!

<p>3 pound loss&#8230;.for 239!!! Hooray. After five straight weeks at 242&#8230;.I was so happy when the scale popped up 239.6. I&#8217;ve made lots of little changes over the past two weeks, went to the gym consistently, stopped counting calories and started counting food groups, gave up High Fructose Corn Syrup, and really tried to stay away from processed foods, and I mixed up my workout routine. Hopefully&#8230;this trend will continue&#8230;slowly but surely!</p>

<p>I now weigh less then when I got married over a year ago, only by a few pounds. Man, hitting 240..from my highest at 262..makes me feel like this is doable&#8230;that losing another 20 pounds in the next 6 months, is not impossible, and then I&#8217;ll be in the same place that I was when I graduated from college!</p>
<p>Man, i&#8217;m just so excited again, I&#8217;m so excited about getting healthy!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, Last night my husband and I went to see Riverdance downtown. When my alarm went off this morning, I truly was going to stay in bed&#8230;. thought &#8216; I need my sleep.&#8221; but I got up, and I went into the bathroom to change (try not to wake up my husband with my bumping around in the dark).</p>
<p>Tuesday used to be my weigh-in day, and after  I got my new digital scale, I changed it to Thursdays. I still weigh in tuesdays though&#8230;.to give my self an Idea of what is coming (slightly disordered I know). And this morning I was down two pounds! This could be due to several &#8220;environmental conditions.&#8221; but it was what got me to the gym this morning. If I did lose those two pounds&#8230;I didn&#8217;t lose them by sleeping in, I lost them by kicking it up a notch last week&#8230;so I just got to keep on kicking!</p>
