The Big 1-0
Today I weighed in at 236. Officially 26 pounds loss, which means i have reduced my weight by 10 percent!
Quite a while ago, I actually gave up trying to lose weight, and started focusing on getting all my reccomended amounts of food groups, not eating processed foods, exercising 4-5 days a week…and the pounds have still fallen off. This proves to me, that my body was ready to lose weight. I do like the whole 10% thing, but mostly because I like statistics and numbers….not that i’m so concerned about meeting a goal.

Funny how when we quit concentrating on the number and start concentrating on health and energy… the numbers start falling right into place. Maybe due to stress levels dropping or maybe a good combination of the right foods… or maybe a combination of both!
