The Big 1-0
Today I weighed in at 236. Officially 26 pounds loss, which means i have reduced my weight by 10 percent!
Quite a while ago, I actually gave up trying to lose weight, and started focusing on getting all my reccomended amounts of food groups, not eating processed foods, exercising 4-5 days a week…and the pounds have still fallen off. This proves to me, that my body was ready to lose weight. I do like the whole 10% thing, but mostly because I like statistics and numbers….not that i’m so concerned about meeting a goal.
