my second mini goal!!!!!!

 Buddies! I met my second mini goal this week.

3 pound loss….for 239!!! Hooray. After five straight weeks at 242….I was so happy when the scale popped up 239.6. I’ve made lots of little changes over the past two weeks, went to the gym consistently, stopped counting calories and started counting food groups, gave up High Fructose Corn Syrup, and really tried to stay away from processed foods, and I mixed up my workout routine. Hopefully…this trend will continue…slowly but surely!

    You know Allison, I’ve been following you around lately… reading your blogs…. and getting excited over that wonderful attitude that you’ve got going. It’s paying off buddy! HIGH FIVERS AND WELL DONE!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE those little changes your making and I think you will see a TREMENDOUS difference in the near future.
