Found my motivation this morning!
Well, Last night my husband and I went to see Riverdance downtown. (don’t tell anyone..he LOVED it!) and we didnt’ get home till 10:30 (usually in bed by 10) and didn’t get to sleep until about 11. When my alarm went off this morning, I truly was going to stay in bed…. thought ‘ I need my sleep.” but I got up, and I went into the bathroom to change (try not to wake up my husband with my bumping around in the dark).
Tuesday used to be my weigh-in day, and after I got my new digital scale, I changed it to Thursdays. I still weigh in tuesdays though….to give my self an Idea of what is coming (slightly disordered I know). And this morning I was down two pounds! This could be due to several “environmental conditions.” but it was what got me to the gym this morning. If I did lose those two pounds…I didn’t lose them by sleeping in, I lost them by kicking it up a notch last week…so I just got to keep on kicking!

Congratulations on finding that motivation. You have a great trend going and I wish you continued success. Keep that great attitude and do it one day at a time.
That’s a good motto…just keep on kicking. You should market that as a bumper sticker…t-shirts…tote bags…think of the millions you could make!

sometimes those scales can be a great motivator! They will help keep you accountable and responsible for your actions.
