oh my aching thighs!!!!
Good lord, my thighs are KILLING ME!!!!!! I added a bit of weight yesterday during squats, cause I def. wasn’t lifting enough, and my gams are letting me know the felt the difference today~! It made for a pretty rough step clas this morning, but it was good to get my legs pumping before having to sit all day at work!
Well, it’s also Tuesday, my weigh in day. The scale was wavering between losing .8 of a pound and pound, so…i’m giving my self the pound. I have a goal to lose 11 more pounds by the time I go to Vegas with my girlfriends in February. If I make that goal, that will be a total of 25 pounds for me. I know that doesn’t match my weight ticker. When I joined this site, I made a guestimate of what my weight was. I know at one point I weight 263, but then it was another month before I joined the gym, and i’d been eating like crap and not working out, so I assumed I weighed 265.
I’m actually using 260 as my benchmark, as that the heaviest weight that I ever wrote down. ![]()
